GMP Escape Room Training

The challenge was to turn complex GMP requirements into practical decision-making activities within a cohesive escape-room experience. Each room needed a realistic task, clear feedback, and a meaningful connection to the overall investigation, while keeping the content manageable for learners.

I turned GMP concepts into a scenario-based escape room, where learners investigate issues and make decisions as a QA Associate. I mapped each room to a practical skill, then built the challenges in Storyline 360 with hints, feedback, and progressive unlocking. Learner-path testing informed revisions to instructions, navigation, and retry behavior.
